grabs you and never let's go

Loved this book. it was filled with just the right combination of history, fantasy, action and religion. Absolutely can't wait for the next installment.

Unexpectedly good, but…

Got a little distracted at times when talking about religion, honestly I couldn’t see how characters or lore out of the Old Testament would somehow be intertwined with Christ.

Still, it wasn’t too preachy and a good story

Wow , fantastic story that gripped me from sentence one. I put this as one of my favorites and I am longing forward for book 2 and more, hope this is a 30 book series!!! RC Bray as always made this book come alive and I think its one of his best!

Blown away…

I was not prepared for this book. I knew it would be good because of the narrator. He could make DMV regulations interesting.

But holy moley ravioli … just incredible storyline. Foundation was quickly and thoroughly created and story exploded forward. Intricate, captivating and unusual yet with hints of familiarity.

there was never a point that I felt I could stop listening and resume later.

I will file this in my favorites and listen again in between credits.

What a great find!

I am only giving this 4 starts because people sometime don't believe 5 stare, but this book is a 5+ every day. The whole concept of this book is absolutely fantastic! The characters and are real and easy to like or dislike. The plot is not predictable but easily believable. I am hoping there is another book following this. If you are like me and can't seem to find a good book, then this one is for you. I cannot recommend enough.
