How often have you felt down, worried, or troubled, and no one or nothing else but the word of God could give you some comfort? If you are a Christian, I know for sure there are times when you need some comfort, as well, especially in trying times. I believe that listening to words of encouragement from the word of God can brighten, comfort, and uplift any soul suffering from loneliness, worries, heartache, or illnesses, just to name a few.

I have been a Christian for over 25 years, and I know firsthand that I have struggled with many things in my life. Whenever I focus on the word of God, it is amazing how much comfort it offers me in any situation. This audiobook was put together to do just that: to comfort, uplift, and encourage whenever you need it.

The audiobook is divided into 13 chapters, each covering an important topic in our daily lives, and the verses referenced are taken from the bible; different versions were used. The audiobook covers the following topics:

Encouraging

I will definitely listen to this audiobook again. It was very encouraging and uplifting like it said it would.
I recommend it to anyone who needs some of that.

Great for the quiet moments

Loved the entire audible, but specifically “trust in the Lord”, as I tend to try and take control of everything. I am thankful that I have this to reflect on in the morning to start my day!

This is a very powerful audio. The author's words are extremely motivating and would help you through any difficult situation. I loved how the audio is broken up into different chapters that allow you to select what you want to focus on that day. The narrator's voice is also lovely and has great pacing.

Some great stories from the bible!

I love how many great proverbs there are combined together here and organized well to put a smile back on your face. To remind us that God is always with us. Through the good, the bad and the ugly. We all need some guidance along the way and this is a great start

Comforting words for peaceful thoughts

This is a beautiful listen that I highly recommend to anyone searching for some enlightenment and guidance during difficult times. It is, of course, founded on Bible excerpts and principals of Christianity, and is very inspiring. The narrator's voice is soothing and the advice put forth is comforting. If only to fill your cup with a dash of hope, this one is a must have in your library.
