Four Mates. One mimic. Game over for anyone who tries to take what's mine.

There's no denying my supernatural status. Somehow, books and video games make this kind of thing seem more glamorous than it actually is. I've been stalked, kidnapped, and bound to four mates who pull me in all different directions.

Combine that with powers I can't seem to master, a hidden race of supernaturals looking to me for salvation, and the ever-present threat that someone may try to force a bond or kill me, and I'm more than a little overwhelmed.

Despite their differences, my mates band together to protect and teach me, and for the first time, I feel real hope. Hope that I've found a forever family. A place where I belong. Love that was meant to be.

I won't let anyone or anything threaten my happily ever after. Not my kidnappers, not my ex, and not the enemies I didn't even know I had.

When they come for me, I'll be ready.

Because this gamer girl plays to win.

I absolutely loved this series. I’m sad to see it and but I do understand there’s not much further. You can go with this particular storyline. I was so excited for it to release that as soon as it was released, I start listening right away. And I drive a lot for work so I had nothing but opportunity to listen. I loved it. Great series.

The plot felt a little all over the place. There was a lot going on and I missed all the lighthearted scenes between the protagonist and her mates that had me laughing all through the first book.

I enjoyed the scene with the phoenix nests and jewels.
