#1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • Jack Reacher will make three stops today. Not all of them were planned for. The “blockbuster” (Esquire) new Jack Reacher thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling authors Lee Child and Andrew Child, featuring “the best villain yet” (USA Today)!

Don’t miss the hit streaming series Reacher!

First—a Baltimore coffee shop. A seat in the corner, facing the door. Black coffee, two refills, no messing around. A minor interruption from two of the customers, but nothing he can’t deal with swiftly. As he leaves, a young guy brushes against him in the doorway. Instinctively Reacher checks the pocket holding his cash and passport. There’s no problem. Nothing is missing.

Second—a store to buy a coat. Nothing fancy. Something he can ditch when he heads to warmer climates. Large enough to fit a man the size of a bank vault. As he pulls out his cash, he finds something new in his pocket. A handwritten note. A desperate plea for help.

Third—wherever this bend in the road takes him. Impressed by the guy’s technique and intrigued by the message, Reacher makes it his mission to find out more . . .

Critic reviews

“Thirty books in, and Reacher is still as sharp, relevant, and unstoppable as ever. What I love most about him is that mix of simplicity and strength—he’s a man who lives by his own code, never afraid to throw a punch when it’s called for, and he doesn’t wait around for backup—he just gets the job done. It’s an honor to help bring this iconic character to life on screen while the books keep thrilling readers around the world.”—Alan Ritchson, star of REACHER on Prime Video, in People

“The Reacher books are an art form unto themselves . . . [Child] trusts his story and his character—and he trusts us, the reader—and every chapter of the book is its own adventure. . . . Now, with Exit Strategy, we have the 30th Jack Reacher thriller, and it’s a blockbuster.”Esquire

“Consistency is key. . . . [Exit Strategy] has the best villain yet.”USA Today

“Exactly what fans of the long-running series want . . . features one of the series’ most interesting villains . . . it’s sure to please.”Booklist

Avid Reacher fan, have listened each book multiple times..... but ever since the brother took over the books have gotten progressively worse, each year i eagerly await the new release hoping this time it will be different, but no such luck, the plot keeps getting mediocre.... and not to mention the horrible narration of Scott Brick..... for the life of me i dont understand why would anyone hire him to narrate anything, he has a nasaly girly voice that does not suit Reachers character at all or for that any character, i cant beleive the Publishers/author cant see the obvious, oh well, will wait another year and hope the story is more Reachersique and Scott Brick does not narrate....::

had enough Scott Brick should go

I'm not sure if I will continue with the Reacher novels. I have been a fan since I joined Audible approximately five years ago I started the series and read them in order. They were entertaining and really fun to listen to. Of course, Jack was my favorite character, but there were others that were fun while they stayed in Jack's world. I have read the series several times, but mostly the first twenty some. The later efforts have lost some of the panache. The later ones written by the younger brother have lacked something, I don't exactly what. Just something? Also, I usually don't care about the "readers" but when you had Dick Hil for so many books, anybody new is going to suffer in comparison. I imagine I will soften my stance by the time next year rolls around, but it's still a little sad. Oh Jack, we hardly knew you

There are very few Reacher stories that aren't good. Unfortunately, I did not find this story as entertaining or as well written as the previous Reacher books I have read or listened to.

Not The Best Reacher Story

I listened to these while traveling long distances between jobs. They always make the time fly by. Very enjoyable Reacher tale & Scott Brick is as always great.

Reacher is always fun

Too many characters, too much implausible activity. Not even close to the earlier Reacher books.

Too convoluted
