I re-edited First Daughter. I saw in the reviews that there were some glitches. I hope I took care of them all. Please leave a review and tell me if there are any more glitches or if you liked the first daughter. I like those. I read all the reviews.

When twenty-year-old Charlotte “Charlie” Harrow, daughter of the President of the United States, graduates from her elite all-girls boarding school, she thinks her hardest challenge will be surviving life under the spotlight of the White House. She’s wrong.

For months, Charlie has been receiving anonymous letters—poetic, chilling warnings signed only with blood-red ink. The threats have grown bolder, creeping closer, until one is found inside the White House itself. To protect her, the President secretly brings in Major Jordan Blake, a decorated military specialist and K9 handler with a reputation for reading danger before it strikes.

But Jordan wasn’t prepared for Charlie—defiant, brilliant, and far too curious about the woman assigned to guard her. What begins as a cautious, professional relationship quickly burns into something forbidden and intoxicating. Behind locked doors and guarded hallways, duty turns to desire, and their nights become a secret the Secret Service could never predict.

Meanwhile, the President’s chief of staff, Ethan Cole, harbors an obsession of his own. Once a trusted family friend, Ethan’s infatuation with Charlie festers into something dark. Unbeknownst to everyone, he’s the architect of the very threats meant to protect each one a manipulation designed to pull her closer to him and to control the President’s desperate reelection campaign.

As the election looms and tensions reach a breaking point, love and loyalty collide inside the world’s most powerful house. When the truth about the letter’s surfaces, Jordan is accused, the family fractures, and Charlie must decide whom to trust—the father who leads a nation, the soldier who would die for her, or the man who’s been hiding in plain sight all along.

In a world where every secret has a cost and every desire is a liability, one woman will risk everything for love…
And another will break every rule to protect her.

“First Daughter” is a searing, seductive political thriller—a story of forbidden passion, power, and the dangerous lengths people will go to in the name of love and control.

The British accent of the narrator was really distracting in this book. It is largely occurring in the White House, The narrator is a good narrator just not appropriate for this book.

Can’t get past the British accent.
