Great voices

Well done dramatic reading by skilled voice actors.Background sounds were appropriate and not too much.

Terrific narration

Sound effects really made the book come alive. Different voices gave credibility to the characters. Sometimes the background sounds or sound effects drowned out the conversations. Enjoy a fun ride as the mountain man lead the wagon train through Indian territory and outwitted outlaws.

The First Mountain Man (Preacher)

This is the first book about Preacher (Author). Preacher helps a wagon train across the west. There is Indians and White men to fight. There is a gang of white men wanting the women and will do whatever they have to to get them. Preacher shows his skills in fighting and scouting and common sense. This book held my attention from the very beginning. I listened to it all without stopping. I highly recommend this book. It's written and narrated perfect. It's a five star book. This is a movie in your mind (Dramatized) style of book with several narrators and sound affects. I like this style of book now. It is like a movie in your mind. Fantastic narrated audio drama!

This show had such great voice acting. Coupled with a phenomenal storyline, it's definitely a must listen for western lovers. The guy that plays the preacher does such a great job that it's hard not to feel like you're actually there. Plus, I learned quite a few things about the wild West that I didn't know before. for example, I knew about the white man giving the native American smallpox. But, I didn't realize how it would play out on a local level. Really fascinating stuff

Background noises too high. Can barely hear the story. I listened to 20 seconds and can't take it any more.
