Being in my mid life, overwhelmed with personal and work life, I knew I needed change. I picked up this book and found that I was depriving myself of so much - so many easy techniques, both mindful and body, that could help pick back up my mood and confidence. My favorite part of the book is that it is interactive, in a way that allows you to take a step back and self-evaluate your worth and confidence. If you change your mental patterns, you will finally discover your new life. I learned that it will take time, it will take effort, but it's all worth it, and this book makes that happen so much easier.

My goals of a happy life, including happiness in the workplace were all in reach, and it wasn't until I picked up and listened to Fit & Fabulous that I realized that. I'm so happy about my purchase and I highly recommend to all the women trying to reach full potential. Easily 5 stars.

If you’re like me and struggling to loose weight in your mid 40s, this book will be your best read. I’ve been unable to maintain a consistent and long-lasting weight loss until I read this book. It taught me as i hit middle age, several lifestyle factors change that can help me to stay fit and describes how to take advantage of this stage of life with all of its inherent benefits and challenges to get and keep a strong, fit, healthy body. This book has answered all of my dietary and weight loss questions and it is not just to make you hyped about loosing weight but is all about motivating you for a long lasting fitness journey
