I enjoyed this bundle more than I thought I would! I always approach the subject of zero sugar with reluctance. Yet somehow this book has me wanting to go off sugar because it was written beautifully and packed with useful information. It is not filled with hype, it is grounded in reality. The authors story of why she began her weight loss journey was a tear jerker, It tore at my mommy heart! I found listening to the recipes to be enjoyably cathartic and I intend to try a few today! It feels doable ......which is exactly what I was looking for.
