Absolutely the best resource out there as far as intermittent fasting goes. Very concise, easy to understand, and with many references to look up if further information is wanted. My husband, a son and his wife, and several friends are now intermittent faster also! I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in becoming a healthier individual!!
