Not worth reading if you are not a life coach and looking to expand your practice. I thought the audible sample was misleading and hope to safe you time that I cannot get back. The sample makes it seem like the author will give you concrete steps on how she improved her life and helped her father out of a health crises. However, she keeps eluding to it but never provides that information. I found that manipulative. The whole book was a sales pitch .
