I love Mel and The Five Second rule, I didn't think Kick Ass would surpass it, but it did! I was hooked and binged on all eight episodes. Her no nonsense attitude is still layered with compassion, which is a difficult quality to master, but she does it beautifully. Truly the definition of tough love, we can all learn something unique from each of the eight people as well as from the ninth person: Mel.

Kick Ass left me inspired to take charge of my own issues in life, at work, and in my relationships. And it definitely left me wanting to hear more! Can we get 8 more episodes please?!

Learning how to cut through one's own BS and get out of your own way to get what you want in the areas of relationships, health, fun and work is messy and uncomfortable but it's incredibly empowering. Thank you Mel for showing people how to stop making themselves wrong and how to start choosing to be happy and fulfilled.

It's Simple But It's Not Easy

Mel Robbins is great to listen to, I'm so glad she narrated this herself. Kick Ass is some deep coaching sessions that may be hard for some to listen to especially if you've been through some traumatic experiences. I had to listen in strides because it brought up a lot of anxiety and past trauma for me. But, it was super helpful in visiting those parts of me not healed yet. Just do it smartly. I loved the book, it opens up areas that I needed to work on. Have a listen, everyone can benefit from this book!

Again I'm blown away how Mel is so intuitive and sees through the sh&^. I related in some way to each person and think we most of us really need more of this kind of mentoring and coaching in our lives. I can't recommend this enough. What do you have to lose? Everything.
