Poor word choice and AI reader

The AI reader is better than I expected from AI, but still poor compared to a human.

The author sets this story in a historical setting, but uses modern adjectives that are distracting. For example, I don’t think a person from that time period would use the words “weird” or “flaky” to describe another person.

great book

I have enjoyed reading the books the Good Dukes Books. Once I find a good author. I try to read all of the books that are available to me in audible.

Virtual voice is not the same

The story was done by virtual voice. The breaks between speakers were non-existing in many places. There no discernable difference between three male + female characters. I had to force myself to finish the story.
As in the story: it went supernaturally fast from I can not stand him to Oh, I love him and vice versa.
