Keeps the focus where it needs to be

This gospel centered application of the Bible to parenting was exactly what I needed. Thank you for such wisdom. I would quibble with a few points in the book, but the fundamentals are powerful and thought provoking.

This book doesn’t just talk about how to be a better parent. It sharpens you as a parent to live a gospel centered life that reflect to Jesus and your children will grow never departing from it

Required Reading for Believing Fathers

This is the best parenting book I have ever read for dads. This will be in regular rotation for me as my family members traverse their varying spiritual journeys and as I continue onward on my own. The gospel is truly the power of God unto salvation and this book lays this truth out very well. It makes application that much more clear, while bringing about a necessary sobriety of mind. I’m thankful I came across this book.

Good balanced approach to knowing, applying and proclaiming the Gospel in parenting.

First parents need to know the Gospel themselves. Then to see their high calling to share it with their children, through raising them in the discipline & instruction of the Lord. This book covers all this ground well.
