Absolute Spades!!

I love the dark kingdom series and the audio is even better than the book! Really brings our beloved characters to life!!

I loved Grave so much!!

I absolutely loved Grave's story and it broke my fucking heart!! I felt a connection to this character that I did not expect and to April. I had tears escaping my tear filled eyes when I finished the last 4 chapters of his book. I love how drawn he was to April's shop then to her. I agree with April it was fate that he stopped but I also think their mom's had something to do with them meeting.
I get why he had the death wish as someone who has at times in my life felt numb to everything I get the need to feel he was chasing. Although I also think he used drugs & alcohol to not have to feel especially after his mom died and Lucy. I am glad Tanner & Grave got revenge for Lucy, however....I feel Jimmy's punishment was minor to what it should have been.
All in all I felt for Grave & he tugged at my heart strings 😢 I'm glad he & April's got their happy ending, I love how he loves her & craves her like his next fix. I am going to need an update on the baby tho!!

Grave & April

Another good story. It kept my attention even though it wasn’t mafia centric like the prior 2 books, it was still a well written story. Although there were some heavy moments, they were written with careful consideration and even a depth of care.
Also, I love Jasmine. I cracked up at her several times and I love how she is such a loyal friend. The narration was good. I have not always been a fan of Walker Williams’ narrating, but he did this book & Grave justice.

Love.

Grave will always be one of my favorite MMCs! I love a broken man who will always heal for the right woman. The narration brings the raw emotions to the story to life.

Read this asap

Not only did this bring sappy tears but I bawled my eyes out and just when you think everything is ok boy do you get strung the other way. Shantel you did her so dirty 😭👑. Grave deserved more than he got if you ask me. Such a relatable character. I devoured this one.
