This book was recommended by a fellow Noom member. It’s not a diet it’s a mindset and a journey to a healthier happier life. No gimmicks, but motivation and guard rails on doing all the things we know we should be doing and focusing on those that have the greatest impact on health happiness and well-being. Loved the irreverent “you go girl” self love self compassion confidence boost. I enjoyed listening during my daily walks.
