When you set to ravaging me right at this spot without harming a single rose.” Jaime belted a louder laugh, but then took a breath, like he needed to catch it to truly register those words. “We barely knew each other, and already you loved me?” “You were fine with ravaging me while barely knowing me,” Logan teased. “Lust doesn’t know timeframes.” “Neither does love.”

Amanda Meuwissen beautifully continues Logan and Jaime’s tale, while narrating Hollow House, book 2 in her Tea Roses and Tentacles series.

With Logan’s need to feed in danger of causing their guests an untimely ending, we are privy to both Jaime and Logan’s moral dilemma in choosing a meal. Along with those concerns, an elderly couple recognizes Logan from a visit many years prior.

There’s a level of romance that transcends the otherworldliness of both couples in this sweet short read!

Love Trumps Hate

The second book in the Tea House or Hollow duet is sweetly delicious and delightedly horrifying. If only a Logan actually exists. If the author had listened to her narration in first book compared to second, she would have realized she sounded like her narration took place in a metal cave and would have corrected the issue. That’s why my narration stars are low.
The narration is tolerable and the story a perfect 5 stars.

Great sequel story!

Enjoyed the follow up to The Tea House to see how main characters developed more. Mix of scary and spice. :)
