Washington state?

I got this audiobook specifically to learn state specific requirements... Am I crazy, or is WA state not mentioned at all as far as "stamp vs. embosser"?

If you enjoy reading but don’t have the time this is great for multi tasker’s.

Very good book , very informative and detailed instructions on the do’s and don’t’s . A great deal of preventive measures given, helped me not feel so intimidated by the process. Loved it !
