I found this book to be like a warm hug from a best friend telling you "I've been through this & you're not crazy & you'll be ok!" I had no idea I was in perimenopause until I stumbled on Tamsen's Instagram & it all started flooding in & I realized what everyone had been missing (including my doctor) I was 40 & well into perimenopause. This book walks you through Tamsen's journey & other women who had very similar experiences as me! She & experts in the field of medicine/science walk you through this new journey with humor & grace leading you to practical resources, community & information you need to feel your best. A wonderful book every woman needs to read.
