Wow what fantastic narration!

The narrators in this book bring the story to life. I liked the story line. But in the middle the chapters all ended in the bedroom which was not necessary. Yes I skipped them. The characters were great and looking forward to the next book since it was a cliffhanger.

This lighthearted story is full of laughter and tons of romance! Wonderful cowboy character. Enjoy!

what a joy

when I saw sean masters was narrating it was a given that I would listen. he is my favorite and did not disappoint. the other narrators were wonderful as well. loved the story because it was not full of angst. great banter and lots of love. it is an instant good mood. enjoy

So Sweet! 10/10

I absolutely loved this book! It was such a sweet, low-angst read — the kind of story that just makes you happy while you’re reading it. The pacing felt just right, and the emotional beats were handled so gently and thoughtfully. It never felt overdramatic or unnecessarily heavy, which made it such a refreshing escape.

The characters were incredibly likable and easy to root for. Their chemistry felt natural, their growth felt authentic, and I genuinely enjoyed spending time with them. It’s one of those stories where you finish and just feel good.

My only small complaint is that it isn’t dual POV. I would have loved to get inside both characters’ heads a bit more to see their perspectives unfold side by side. That said, it definitely didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the story overall.

The narration was fantastic as well — engaging, expressive, and perfectly matched to the tone of the book. It really brought everything to life.

Overall, this was an awesome read, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a heartfelt, feel-good romance. I’ll definitely be picking up more from this author!
