My favorite series

The characters are so well developed and described. I look forward to every new monster tamed and J.S. Arquin's entertaining voices for them.

freaking amazing

not only was this a great follow-up but we get to have a lot of movement on the story but we get to see abunch of storyline finally coming together and we get some resolutions.

We follow our MC and his crews as the rebellion, over confidence empire keep to their old mindset thinking this rebellion could easily crush which the Empire has the man power to easily outmatched. the MC and his crew and how they face these challenges with much story progress, and how fun of a ride it is. can't wait until the next book, and I highly recommend this series if you haven't started it, and If you have and getting ready to start this book then you are in for a hell of time

I enjoyed seeing the rebellion starting to take off and see Pax and friends really start to shine. Continued smart choices to move the story and uncover backstory to fill in the some of the blanks that have been hidden. Truly enjoyed this entry and ready to see how the final battle happens.

Another solid entry

I first have to say that I love the recap at the beginning of the book. It is so helpful when reading a long series. I have too much to read to reread a series when a new book comes out. Anyways, this book was really great. I enjoyed the break from academia. We were dealing with full on rebellion here! There still was a lot of character growth and leveling despite of this. I also appreciate the clean language in this book. It is one of the few series in the genre that I feel like I could share with my young children. The narration was very well done.
