Each book is somehow better than the last!

I love this series of space adventure. The characters and the story are fresh and fun. Light hearted without being silly. Read these if you like fun space adventure.

A mix of extreme personalities somehow get along together and keep getting on, with madcap and exciting results.

This series, which probably should have been called Dirk's Dirty Seven (I'm including the dog), continues to be Andrew Moriarty's best work and even more fun than the Jump Space Accountant series. The chapters jump back and forth between the crews of three different ships, and I rather preferred the earlier volumes that focused more on Dirk and his crew. I still give it two thumbs up.
