Fun except the last part

3.5 Stars ⭐️ Rebecca decided to sell all of her stuff, quit her 9 to 5 job, and go adventure after her dependable aunt died and was afraid that would be her fate. She starts off in London, but it’s in Greece she fell in love with Stephen, a Greek restaurant owner. I was on board with this, but the third act conflict was a non-issue, which made it annoying. Still, most of the novella was a lot of fun!

Just Fluff

This was just a little too far-fetched for me. Not the usual substance in earlier Nora Roberts stories. Kate Rudd's narration was not enjoyable. I wanted to like the book but her male voice was drone and bland. I wouldn't recommend it if you want an interesting story.

Rereading

Enjoyed reading this story many years ago. Nora Roberts is one of very few authors that I enjoy rereading

short but sweet

Classic Nora Roberts. Predictable, but the characters are interesting and likeable .
Kate Rudd is an excellent narrator.

Narrator awful

I love Nora Roberts but this narrator ruined this book for me. Yuck. Her voice pierced my ears every time I listened to this. Couldn’t finish the book.
