Murder mystery with psychological thriller twists

Firstly, this is not your run of the mill formulaic murder mystery. As the title and cover art suggest, this story enters the world of BDSM, which plays a large part in the plot, but is not the only factor. I don't want to list any spoilers as to the specifics of some of the twists and surprises, but be aware that the story flows fast and furious for the majority of the book.
The story is center stage, while it does contain sexual situations/acts, and violence, neither are overly graphic or outside of the story.
