better than anticipated

Whoa! I was skeptical about this being a high school book but I went through the whole story in one sitting! It gripped me literally from the first chapter and never let up. It keeps leaving you wondering what is going to happen, and you know its going to be bad but you aren't sure how its going to play out exactly. There was of course all the high school themes- mean girl and her crew, jocks, and other stereotypes. But it was done in a way that didn't feel like I was reading about immature people. I disliked alot of characters, but that angst kept me going. There is alot of talk of sex but there isn't alot of it in this book, I'm sure the RH stuff will come. I'm looking forward to jumping right into book 2, and then I know anxiously waiting until book 3 comes out. I cant wait to see some groveling :)

Loved the story

K.G. Reuss' story telling is immaculate. She draws you in and leaves you wanting for more. This audiobook was well done. While it's unfortunately not a duet or multiple narrators on it, the singular narrator on this book did a wonderful job. Check your triggers before reading, otherwise enjoy falling into the Chaos Univers K.G. Reuss' created you won't regret it.

Reread just as good

LOVE KG Reuss. Currently listening to these after already having read the whole universe (that's out so far) while on a book hangover from the next gen of the Horsemen series, Can't get over how good this book is. The writing is exceptional, and listening to them over again from the start there is so much world building and seed planting- unbelievable.

Wtf Cliffhanger 😡

I usually won’t get a book unless all of them are released but I didn’t know it was a series I am so mad I freaking hate cliffhangers. When is the next one coming out ????????
