The only reason the performance doesn’t get 5 stars is not because of the narrator

The story was fun. The narrator is good for what she does, but she is not a man, and therefore, even though it wasn’t her decision, she shouldn’t be doing the duet portion of the narration. She’s really great narrator, but the duet narration should be done by mail in my opinion, the story is great. The author has some funny things in there hits a lot of amazing points and captures a great love story. The only thing that takes away from this audiobook is the fact that the narrator is male and female for the male chapters. There are only a few but to me it’s distracting, it was the point of view of only the woman.

Fun easy to listen to

I liked the story it was fun, clean and easy to listen to while do laundry and house chores

Just okay

Started out with a cute story. But it just quickly turned into a cliche, predictable story. I didn’t like the main character at first. Being a strong woman doesn’t mean you have to belittle and be rude to every man you meet. The dates started funny but the characters were too exaggerated, so that got tiring. The epilogue wrapped everything up that could have actually been written as part of the story. The characters were not believable to me.

Great fun story

A fun listen with well developed characters with a lovely plot and funny twist that left me laughing out loud. Thoroughly enjoyed this!

Funny and sweet

This book had me laughing so much. I truly enjoyed the story. The characters in the book had get dialog and keep good pase. I don't like the AI reading but that aside I would listen to this book again.
