Best reader in the series

This narrator has so much personality in their voice. I love Jessi and all her stories. I wish the Dawn narrator had more warmth and naturalness to their voice. I have to skip the Dawn books because of it. Thank the lord for this Jessi reader!

Relive your childhood memories

The Babysitter's club has an argument that nearly ends the club. Jessi is pet sitting and has an emergency with a hamster. The narrators are amazing.

Way too many animals.

I really liked this. I guess I had forgotten all the details from when I read it as a kid. I thought Jessi was going to have a lot more mishaps with the animals than was written. I liked how responsible Jessi was and that the overwhelming situation didn't turn into a whole disaster (like in some of the previous books.)

The story seemed like it was more about the club going through a rough patch, because Kristy was extra bossy, and them holding elections to make the decision making more fair.

If only real life were that simple.

Anyway, this is one of the good ones.
