Enlightening view on Nonprofits

Practical, straightforward, with a dash of humor. As a new director in a chaotic nonprofit, I appreciate the words of wisdom. I have so much to learn, and Joan is now a part of my learning library.

I was just hired to be an executive director after taking a 15 year break from my previous np life… thank god I discovered Joan from her podcast, got her book and now feel so empowered and ready to take this on with uber confidence! Must read for ED and board members

If you are on a nonprofit team you should be reading this book! I wish every nonprofit board member and executive director would read this, it’s a wealth of information and examples
