Trite

Unlike the Amanda Steele character, Megan Knight is not believable or endearing. Ruling out suspects is routine but she is hostile and antagonistic to the extreme. This book was painful to finish whereas I have enjoyed Ms. Arnold’s other works.

Not worth ones time

The narration is flat. I'm not sure why I stayed listening to the end. The more I listened the more I disliked the main Character. Madison is angry and rude almost all the time. She was mean to the dog. The plot and wanting to know who did the killing was the only thing that kept me to the end.
