Surrounded by greed, bigotry, and betrayal, Caro and Luke try to discover the passion and love that will complete the patterns of their lives.

Terrific Historical Romance

Well written and engaging. I enjoyed the story and appreciated the author's notes at the end explaining the historical liberties she took. The narration was beautifully done and reflected the emotion well. I'm ready for more from Hannah Meredith
