I listen this new book, Keto Diet, this week. It has a wealth of information and he makes it abundantly clear why the keto diet is good for most anyone. I saw myself on the pages more often than I care to think about in terms of health issues. I believe he truly cares about helping people. My only con is the grocery list. I compiled the grocery list for the first week - 95 items! OMG! I may have to go to the fasting plan! JK!

A healthier version of the Keto diet, which makes much more sense to me! It’s still about limiting carbs and getting more fat, buys author wants you to get more HEALTHY fats! Not just load up on bacon and butter and dairy.

I appreciate the author; I always found his information to be medically sound. I pre-ordered this book with excitement and was greatly disappointed. Despite true facts about a keto diet, it listenes like a fad diet hype book. Information in recipes is lacking- there’s no nutritional information! Sadly, the book feels like an advertisement for his supplements.

I liked the healthy approach to the Keto diet. This book was interesting and engaging even though I have read many Keto books before. I like the idea of rotating in and out of Keto so that the diet can become a lifestyle that you can reap health benefits for life.

I’ve been a fan of this author and his products for the last two years. But, an even bigger fan of him after reading this book. I really enjoyed listening about the history and motivation that lead him to all his research on what the Keto diet can do for the body.
I’ve been experimenting with Keto for several months now, but have seen greater results in my digestion, weight management, skin and sleep patterns since following his plan.
