This book will help you get started and also dispelled the many myths about fasting. I found that it eliminated cravings and produced weight loss without the raging hunger that I have previously experienced on other plans. I feel better. I've started reading some of the books that were referenced, but I was able to quickly start intermittent fasting thanks to this book. I lost 10 pounds in the first three months (with two vacations thrown in there), and I am continuing to lose. It is seriously the easiest thing I've ever done. Thanks to the author for such guide to IF!

I found this to be a reasonably fast and simple browse that's jam-packed with data on Complete Beginner's Guide To Intermittent fasting For Weight Loss. Nice one! This is the way to eat ( or not). Battling weight gain and will power is now gone. This way of eating is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. After losing 5 lbs in one week, I'm sold- and it was easy and Im sticking with it. lovely book!
