Understanding

I really loved this book. Timothy Keller has a great way of communicating the gospel through historical context that I would not have understood by just reading the bible. I have given this book to 3 people already and will use it to have a conversation with my father about who Jesus is. This is a must read for believers and skeptics alike.

God is amazing.

I am a nerd at heart and a believer in God and what He says so I've always enjoyed breaking into God's word. But I really can't find the words to explain the deep thought provoking effect Tim Keller's study had on me. From doubter to aged believer, all will benefit from this book about Mark.
