When Graham disappears, Violet takes full control of the business and is commissioned for an undertaking of royal proportions. But she's certain there's a killer lurking in the London fog, and the next funeral may be her own.

history lovers delight

great story. going to get next one! the narrator could have been btr though.

Awful Narration

Interesting story, however, the narration is awful, at times even laughable. A male voice is needed to do the story justice.

Didn’t want to put it down.

I really enjoy this first in the series of stories. Nice narration. Enjoyed her voice.

A New Favorite

The writing was clever and carefully researched, which I greatly appreciated. The main character is someone I could personally get behind and be a cheerleader for. And, it was pretty clean - which was such a happy surprise!

10/10 to the author!

my ONLY complaint has to be that the performance was lacking somewhat. Every American sounded monotonous and odd.

A lot of information!

I thoroughly enjoyed the story but there were a lot of different plots going on with a lot of information. If you don't mind a bit of a history lesson that doesn't have much to do with the main character, then you will enjoy this book.
