Great Story

It was a great story and an intriguing paranormal mystery. It was a little slow getting to the juicy bits. But it was worth it.

Enjoyable

I enjoyed this story.
It is a dark and scary mystery romance.
Interesting characters, it was fun and entertaining.
The narration was annoying, though.

Good premise but I lost interest

I liked the idea of the story but it drug on so much that I lost interest.

Read this AFTER “Her Scandalous Pursuit”

This should be the second book in the series. “Her Scandalous Pursuit” details Thisbe’s and Desmond’s story. In “Mesmerized” they are already married and it’s about 7 years later.

Enjoyable.

This had a bit of a penny dreadful tone to it which was a nice change of pace to a lot of the other provincial novels in the Plus Catalogue.
