I started this book reluctant about the length, thinking it potentially verbose; however, the story telling and powerful take always made it more than worthwhile. I found myself in pages. I found others in the pages as well, those I work with and those I lead. In the end I was empowered and inspired that I can become a much more powerful but more importantly empowering leader.
