Helpful Advice, Mostly Common Sense

This people management guide provides helpful advice in building a solid workplace environment of highly motivated engineers. I found much of the advice in this book could be applied to “employees” not just “engineers”, and that much of the advice was people-leader common sense (not dissimilar from most self-help/people manager books). There was a nugget or two that I found helpful, but truthfully, I was hoping for more.
