What is the true meaning of quality? How can you influence positive attitudes towards quality within the workplace?

Leading Quality teaches you how to influence and align your company’s definition of quality, so that you can deliver the best possible experience to your clients. You will learn the techniques successful leaders use to make their strategic decisions and you will be given the tools to ensure that your team is in alignment to achieving common goals. Leading Quality is the first book that teaches why quality is important and how to incorporate it within the workspace.

Praise for Leading Quality:

“A quality mindset remains key to differentiating your product and your company. Leading Quality offers key lessons to develop this mindset.” (Michael Lopp, author of Managing Humans and VP of Product Engineering at Slack)

Leading Quality communicates just how important a focus on quality is within your company and is one of the few titles that actually teaches how to lead quality in a clear yet captivating manner.” (Shesh Patel, Engineering Manager at The New York Times)

“Three elements define any successful product: quality, quality, and quality. Leading Quality is a comprehensive and practical guide to embedding quality into the DNA of any product organization.” (Nick Caldwell, CPO at Looker and former VP of Engineering at Reddit)

I love the book overall, is a great book for people in a leading position and for those who are aiming at being in one.

I'm really happy with the fact that intuitivly I was already apllying a lot of the concepts that are described in this book.

The only thing it was not cristal clear for me was the part about how to align QA efforts with the business objectives. I would have wish they expand a little bit more about that with some concrete examples.

Great book!

I am a quality manager on a team that is about 2 years old. I am the second person that has been in this role. Having the opportunity to build a team, create a vision and strategy with the team is a tremendous opportunity full of challenges. This book inspires and guides that process. The book can inspire a team to lead quality, invoke a sense of personal ownership and promote a culture of quality in product, process and leadership in the organization. Thank you both for writing this.

Leady Quality provides practical step by step guide on how to improve quality in your organization. What was most impactful were how to improve the quality narrative & aligning the QA mandate with the company's strategic goals. The quotes and insight from industry leaders gave good perspective as well.

I started with the audio book with the intention to switch to the printed copy once it was delivered. Ronald's narration was lively and engaging so I completed the audiobook instead.

Listening to the final chapter was synonymous to watching the season finale of a really good TV series. Good ready highly recommend it.
