These are very good stories and even better lessons in leadership related to said stories.

How close to my own Military and overall life we are, but separate by Ranks.

WOW, We are taking on a challenge when we become Leadership roles. I am an Enlisted Veteran Permanent and Totally disabled and a First responder retired medically from my life of adventure. My life took a turn that allows me to experience the same Leadership reresponsibilities of someone NOT me. I needed a Mentorship. I got this boot and confirmed I was in the right hands when my Friendships allows me to meet Greater men Like Mooch, when I told him I was reading your Book he said good, you will need to be that leader.
