For fans of thrillers and suspense, with a Christian twist.

“Dad. This isn’t for me…is it?”

The holy glow of an ancient artifact illuminates Matthew and his father.

In the past two months, Matthew has learned an untold secret of his father’s past, and the family secret they are sworn to protect. It all started when a figure from the past approached Matthew’s best friend. A person with sinister motives who believes he is working for Jesus, and will stop at nothing to set his plan in motion.

Matthew Light is the last son in a long line of pastors that stretches back thousands of years. Follow Matthew's journey as he discovers the secrets of his family’s past, and the repercussions on those closest to him.

This incredible journey, of a family that walks a spiritual road to honor their families responsibility of guarding a priceless Christian Artifact for thousands of years is an amazing read.

I felt like I was back in high school praying for the end of class because the teacher made class so boring.

Great story bad narration

Did not like the predominance of “relic worship” theme. The theology of bringing the old covenant into the new covenant age was also disturbing to me.

Good adventure story

I honestly loved the book because it introduces the reader to the real dangers of the spiritual warfare of being a true Christian and a child of God. Yes any Christian can tell you that nothing is more powerful than the name of Jesus and it is true, but this is a more realistic approach to the struggles we have every moment of every day.

Honesty

The voice of the reader didn’t enhance the story’s development and some of the scenes seemed too long.

Reading characters becoming aware of spiritual warfare.
