One tiny choice. One shiny skill.

Austin's night had one simple mission: grab a bucket of chicken and settle in for an all-night gaming marathon.

Then he saw a girl about to get turned into road pizza by a truck.

Naturally, he did the heroic thing.

Naturally, the truck didn't care.

Turns out the "girl" was a goddess—also hunting chicken (because divine beings have priorities too). Now Austin’s dead, she's grinning like this is the funniest Tuesday ever, and she's making him play a cosmic character-creation mini-game to pick his one and only skill.

One tiny choice. One shiny skill. One "easy life" in a brand-new world.

What could possibly go wrong?

(Answer: yes.)

If you love light-novel energy—good vibes, low-stress progression, and a main character who’s just trying to live peacefully, justifying why he should get a harem, while the universe keeps hitting him with pop quizzes—come join Austin as he fumbles, levels, and vibes his way through his new life… assuming no other gods or demons are up to shenanigans, of course.

so the concept is there but all the different perspectives in the fist part are all wrong, it is meant to give background and such but all it does is make you not want to finish. we don't need 10 different perspectives in the fist few chapters stick to the main one and maybe a little as they come into contact but not 20 different stories that eventually merge. to busy and yuck
