Love Me Reckless is book #2 in the Love Me Dangerous series. Dakota Davies has left me in a big ol' emotional puddle with this one and the story of Sawyer and Kirilee. Sawyer is creating a new future for himself, a fresh start. Kirilee is taking one for the team and marrying an a-hole (but pretty on the outside) for the family business. Sawyer and Kirilee have total chemistry and form a friendship that sparks at every touch! The binge-w0rthy suspense in this story is thrilling with plot twists right up to the end. This is a standalone, but DO NOT miss this series.

The dual narration was perfection! Robert Hatchet and Laura Horowitz have teamed up again for another dynamic performance. And OOOO, Rob is singing!! 5/5 stolen heart stars!!

Hot Tub Wishes

The narrators did a fantastic job and really bring this story to life. They really mesh well together and I could feel all the emotions. I listened to this book in one shot cause it grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. Sawyer meets Kirilee while out with friends and has an instant draw to her. She ditches her slimebag of a fiance and hangs with Sawyer which starts up a wonderful friendship and deep bond. This opposites attract romance has a little bit of suspense and danger but the chemistry between Sawyer and Kirilee and their journey to an HEA is what kept my attention. Highly recommend this 5 star book.

Not my favorite

I’ve listen to all the books that has been released from this series and this is my least favorite of them all. It was okay, I felt like the FMC (Kirilee) was weak but I did love Sawyer. The story drag a bit at first nothing to be excited about, maybe that’s why I listened and read this book last.
The conflict kinda felt short, It wasn’t as mysterious/suspense isn’t as good as the rest of the books in this series.

Either way, it was an okay book. Laura and Robert did amazing with the narration. My favorite was hearing Robert’s singing part 😊
Can’t wait for rest of the side characters story unfolds ❤️

Entertaining

Dakota Davies is a relatively new author I found this book to be entertaining with a good balance of suspense and romance. In fact I was surprised by a number of the twists and turns.

This is Kirilee St. Claire and Sawyer Reed’s story set in Finn River, and it was full of emotion, friendship and being there for someone who needs you, no matter what.

I liked the characters and the story was engaging. The narrators did a good job of narrating the characters in a variety of voices and brought the story to life for me, doing justice to the story that the author created.

What will happen when Kirilee stands up to her family and her overbearing jerk of a fiancé Birch? What will happen when Sawyer’s past comes back to haunt him?

Beautiful story of people finding themselves and healing together

Lovely read. I adored the powerful force and of quiet and unrelenting love. I appreciated the difficult family dynamics woven throughout this story.
