lots of inconsistencies

I thought I was going to enjoy the premise of the story. But with her friend trying to get her to sleep with an underage teenager....the 9am drinking after an interview (do her friends not also have jobs? it clearly wasnt a Saturday) I just couldnt find myself being able to continue the story. There were quite a few story line gaps happening as well.

Cliché and low-key racist

The story is your average poor girl, alcoholic CEO manipulative type. The dating app thing adds onto the fact of this dude feels manipulative and weird. Then the fact that the main character seems to be the only black character she happens to be from Compton and her dad is worse than the deadbeat and she grew up poor. Very stereotypical very cliché and not in a good way. I can probably predict the end.
