Easy read/listen - Provides good insight...

Very easy listen. Author is easy to listen to and provides good information. I just wish the book was a little longer as I was enjoying it and did hope for a little more information.

Brief and concise. This is great information for any woman who has just started...or is going through...the change of life also known as menopause.
