Are you aged 45+ and tired of feeling stressed, anxious, or low-energy?

It could be menopause. But first, read this....

A 2022 study from SWAN (Study of Women's Health Across the Nation) showed that Black Women reach menopause almost a year earlier than White women, and often have worse symptoms. As well as the hot flashes, trouble sleeping, and hair thinning, Black Women were found to be less likely to receive adequate support and treatments.

Perhaps you want to mitigate these symptoms & start feeling more like your best self?

Or maybe you want to lose some weight & eat the right foods?

In her hotly-anticipated new audiobook, Brandy Brooks uncovers:

  • Why menopause affects Black Women differently?
  • The best natural (herbal) remedies for treating menopause
  • Why she doesn't like to recommend mainstream therapies like HRT?
  • One thing to never say to your husband when discussing menopause....
  • The #1 morning and evening rituals for feeling your best!
  • Four keys to the right mindset for mastering menopause....
  • And much, much more!

Bonus: In chapter 6, we're also giving you 20 tasty recipes which are perfect for aiding menopause symptoms, with meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks!

From the debut author of the wildly successful Financial Freedom for Black Women book, Brandy Brooks now guides you through menopause and perimenopause with an audiobook written just for Black Women.

So, if you want to finally get a handle on your menopause symptoms, start eating right and feeling healthier....

Menopause is a topic not widely discussed and often overlooked in the myriad of conditions a woman may be dealing with. The information was informative and relatable. I appreciate the recipes and the numerous interventions.

This book is so helpful! Knowing I am not alone and hearing this information from someone who looks like me speaks volumes to my soul. There are many things I wasn't aware of and confirmation for some of the lifestyle changes I have made just because they felt right. I will absolutely be sharing this book with my community of Sisters traveling this path in life.💕 Blessings!

Thank you ❣️ I'm not crazy!

Thanks Ms. Brooks. As a proud woman of African descent, I appreciate this. I found you after downloading the book by Dr. Haver which I found on the Oprah show on the Menopause Revolution. Thanks for existing and thanks for providing for us what you didn’t have for yourself. I will share this with all my friends and family. I’m a mental health provider so I’ll also recommend this to my patients.

Thank you! I will pay it forward

There was lots of important information in this book that I discovered - for example Black women usually start Menopause sooner. Keyonni James is also a great narrator who is easy to listen to. Made the listening experience enjoyable.

I love the narrator!
