It didn't have a pdf or study materials which would have really helped my brain type to understand it a bit better.

Brilliant book!

This is a must read book for anyone wanting to acquire a business! It’s a deep dive for the US audience but has great insights nonetheless.

Nice for an overview of contracts

Helpful to get the general lay of the land of what to look for or be aware of in multiple scenarios. Useful to at least understand broadly what your legal team may be discussing.

Great bridge between small/medium and large M&A topics

I found this to be a great bridge between small/medium and large enterprise M&A topics. As an audiobook, I enjoy hearing the sample documents read aloud. I found benefit from seeing concepts in a framework that can be tailored to small/medium enterprises.

I would recommend buying this book in print! It has lots of valuable information. Great for intellectual property Lawyers.
