I love to get the breakdown to detail from someone who’s personally done what’s being spoken about. I just hate not having the matrices in front of me when he was covering them.

It’s an amazing book to give you an idea about how things operate. My world is slowly shifting towards this industry, and this book will remain a good reference for me to come back to now and again! Thanks!

Informative!

This book is not very informative. It seems like the author is just trying to justify his harmful actions in private equity. It's a book of way too many baseball references, making light of people's lives who are destroyed by PE, and bragging about how much money he makes. The book doesn't actually go into the opaque and dodgy tactics of how private equity firms really make money.
