the book itself, then hearing the words too, awesome!

Great to take something that everyone does fear or has feared and make it real!

Interesting Story

Definitely check the trigger warnings but if these don’t bother you then I recommend the book. The story did have a bit of redundancy, but it was definitely different. The performances were excellent and I am dying for the next book!

BORING!

The story takes forever to get anyway. The female in this story is one if the dumbest female so called "heroines" I've ever read about. The whole story is basically a woe as me for her. It was a chore to get through this one

I just can’t

The only thing that got me through most of this book was the narration and the hope for more. I have never disliked a MFC so much that I actually just can’t finish.

I couldn't get through it on my kindle

I think grooming can be accidental. I also think the author of this book did everything perfectly for me to not think it was grooming and I still walked away thinking it was grooming. He's not trying to get with her when she's underage but he's definitely not leaving space for her to have healthy relationships with anyone else and there is probably an age Gap.
I like the concept of a shadow daddy under a bed. I liked that the power imbalance shifted. I wish there wasn't a sequel but not because I'm mad I have to wait but because I thought I would be over and done with this. It would have been a better story all wrapped up, but here we are.
I guess it was worth 5$
