So glad this came out on audio!

I love Alexa Piper's books and I was glad to see this come out on audio. It took me a little while to get into it, as the voice was not how I'd imagined Amory would sound. The narrator quickly won me over and did a marvelous job of bringing all the characters to life. Can't wait for the sequel to come out on audio!

I adore listening to Michael Ferraiuolo narrate and when I found out that Alexa Piper had chosen Michael to read one of my absolute favorite stories, Moonlight Cherries, I quickly chose to buy the audiobook!

Having read Moonlight Cherries several times, and followed the series, I thoroughly enjoyed listening toMichael and loved adding to my review.

A uniquely heartwarming paranormal saga, is what Alexa Piper has given us in Moonlight Cherries.

Soyer/Bennett and his tale, spanning adventures untold, is secondary to the relationship and bonding that takes place between a young man, Amory, and himself. The setting of their growth and challenges, the Moonlight Diner, changes their worlds.

So many firsts. So many mysteries. So many slices of cherry pie. Piper creates a vivid ribbon that strengthens bonds relating to the hidden paranormal world, and the human that connects them.

Hate to love it

I have read every single book in the Moonlight universe and am madly in love with each and every one. I can honestly say this book single-handedly started my obsession with this genre of MM romance. Nothing in life is perfect and unfortunately the voices of the characters truly fell short of my expectations. The tones, the inflections, even the cadence felt so off for Amory and Sawyer. Maybe 75% of the way through the book I got past it, but it made it an audiobook I’m not going to listen to over and over again simply because I don’t want to ruin how I know the characters should actually sound. Despite this I am excited for the next audio book from the series and will continue enjoying whatever comes next from the universe.
