A pleasant surprise!

When I first picked up this book I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm glad I did! it had everything I enjoyed in a book, action, romance, and even a mystery! I would 10 out 10 recommend this book and I can't wait to check out more works by this author!

Revenge story for survivors

This was a great subversion of the hero/villain trope. It reminded me of one of the many “I survived” stories I grew up watching on the true crime channel mixed with a touch of Joker/Harley Quinn romance.

Spoilers below:

I remember having learned about the idea that it takes roughly 7 years for our skin cells to completely change out. The idea being that 7 years after a last encounter, your body has technically never been touched by that person and is all yours. I loved that Jinx got a bit of that idea in her healing. I absolutely cried listening to that part and the incredibly important knowledge that just because the physical scares are gone, doesn’t mean the emotional ones are.

This was absolutely amazing first audio book I have listened to the story was a nice change from what I’m normally used to 10/10 recommend

I read Morally Gary as an ARC book. I fell in love with the story right away. The narrator took this book to a new level.
