If you are in professional sales or business development this book needs to be on your desk with pages bent, text underlined, and notes in the margins.
Having been in sales and in charge of leading sales people for over 20 years, this book provoked me to think differently with regards to nurturing relationships. Having read Mr. Schmooze, I realize I was playing checkers and now know how to play chess with regard to serving my prospects and clients in a truly meaningful way. It's a quick fun read with a ton of gold.

I hated the title, but had this in my saved list and for some reason decided to give it a go. For me, the connotation of the title was about faking your relationships. This book is very much the opposite of that and was very fun with many aha moments. Enjoy.
